Located twenty minutes outside of Fargo, the Pines is a beautiful upscale venue. The Pines has two venues on site, The Pines White and the Pines Black and are sure to be a stunning backdrop from the wedding of your dreams.
General Aesthetic of The Pines
There are two different buildings to choose from when choosing your wedding here. They are both booked individually, so there is typically two weddings on the grounds going on at once. The buildings are situated far enough away from each other that crowding isn’t an issue. Both venues have their unique vibe. The Pines Black is more modern and chic, while the Pines White has a more rustic, elegant feel to it.
Brief History
Opening in 2018, the Pines has quickly become one of the premier venues in the Fargo area. Since then, they have hosted hundreds of weddings and other events on their grounds. They strive to help all couples getting married at their venue to have the peace of mind to be able to enjoy their day.
Noteworthy Features
The venue features 17 acres away from all the business of Fargo. They offer plenty of places for photo ops and make sure that you have a peaceful wedding day. Both Venues on the grounds are spacious, and sufficiently situated from each other that you might see each other, but not have to interact with others from the other venue.
ACCOMMODATIONS for Ceremonies & Receptions
Both Venues are spacious, with plenty of room for guests. You will also receive access to a ceremony space with your booking. The Pine’s Black can hold up to 345 guests while the Pine’s White can hold up to 400. Access to both venues is handicap accessible with handicap parking. All ceremonies at the Pines have a 4:30 pm start time. Should inclement weather prevent you from having an outdoor ceremony, an indoor ceremony can be easily arranged.
Food and Drink
The Pine’s Venue partners exclusively with Chef’s Table for all meal catering needs. All pricing and service options for food can be found on the Chef’s Table website. You are allowed to bring in appetizers and other snacks as long as they come from a licensed vendor. Other outside food is not permitted, except in the getting-ready suites prior to the wedding. For drinks, the Pines provides a full service bar with booking.
Pricing and Collections
Both the Pines White and Pines Black Venues pricing starts at $5,300 and can be a little bit more depending on the day of the week and the time of the year you are hoping for. Renting one of the two venues also gives you a dedicated prep suite, a full-service bar, a space for your ceremony, and the ability to use the grounds for your engagement photos. You will need to put in a deposit of $1,000 to reserve the venue for your wedding.
Nearby ACCOMMODATIONS
The Pines partners with Courtyard Fargo and Hilton Garden Inn as their preferred lodging partners. Although you do not have to book through those hotels, going with them can get you a complimentary wedding suite and the best rates for your guests.
